Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change in Liberty, MO is seeking a Shop Technician to join a fast-paced, hands-on team. You will perform oil changes and other services while delivering a top-notch customer experience and learning practical skills on the job.

You will be supported with training and opportunities for advancement, with a focus on teamwork and clear communication within the shop.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license required.
Reliable transportation.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills or the ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences by greeting customers and guiding vehicles into the service bay.
Communicate clearly with customers and review completed work.
Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
Use company systems to process fleet services and support shop operations.
Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures.
Complete required safety checks and verify service accuracy with teammates.
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Participate in hands-on training and pursue required certifications.
