Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is seeking a Shop Technician to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment where hands-on learning and growth are a priority.

You’ll perform oil changes and other automotive services, greet customers, and guide vehicles into the service bay while upholding safety and service standards. Training and advancement opportunities are available as you build a lasting career and benefit from weekly pay and strong team benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license (TX) required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Basic computer skills or ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role.
• Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout service and review completed work.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support daily shop operations.
• Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures.
• Complete required safety checks and verify service accuracy with team members.
• Follow proper callouts and communication to ensure safe and efficient service flow.
