Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is seeking a Shop Technician in Montgomery, IL. You will perform oil changes and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced, team-driven shop, following safety procedures and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills or the ability to learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to customers by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit).
• Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service and review completed work.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations.
• Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures.
• Complete required safety checks and verify service accuracy with team members.
