You will learn real skills, perform oil changes, and assist in Greeter, Hood, and Pit roles, contributing to a consistent customer experience and daily shop operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to customers by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit).
• Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service and review completed work.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations.
