Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is seeking a Shop Technician to join a fast-paced, hands-on team in Liberty, MO. You will learn real skills, perform oil changes, greet customers, and support service operations in a hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Customer Experiences.
• Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service and review completed work.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations.
• Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures.
• Execute technician duties across Greeter, Hood, and Pit roles as trained.
• Complete required safety checks and verify service accuracy with team members.
• Follow proper callouts and communication to ensure safe and efficient service flow.
