Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change is seeking a Shop Technician to join a fast-paced, team-driven environment where you learn real skills and see the impact of your work daily. This entry-level role offers hands-on training, clear paths for advancement, and a focus on safety and teamwork across Greeter, Hood, and Pit positions.

You will perform oil changes and related services while following company procedures, participate in safety checks, and help ensure a smooth shop workflow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (NC & TX).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills or the ability to quickly learn company systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality service to customers by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit).
• Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay.
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service and review completed work.
• Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
• Use company systems to process fleet services and support smooth daily shop operations.
