- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality service to customers by executing the Strickland Brothers Experience in each role (Greeter, Hood, Pit).
- Greet customers and safely guide vehicles into the service bay and review completed work.
- Provide recommendations on maintenance services and support service presentations.
- Perform oil changes and other services while following company procedures.
- Follow proper callouts and communication to ensure safe and efficient service flow.
