The role collaborates with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering/R&D to ensure timely execution of strategies and support business objectives.

You will develop annual marketing plans, manage cross-channel campaigns, and optimize dealer relationships while reporting on performance and market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years of marketing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, recommend, and implement annual and long-term marketing plans to grow brand and market share.
• Lead lead-generation initiatives and nurture dealer/rep relationships to lift sales performance.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel campaigns with clear timelines, messaging, and KPIs.
• Analyze market, customer, and competitive data and prepare reports and performance analyses.
• Develop launch communication strategies and coordinate cross-functional input for new product launches.
