Job summary

Top Flight Maintenance is seeking a Commercial Business Service Manager to lead our Commercial Property division — Janitorial, Building Maintenance, Landscape, and Snow — with full P&L accountability.

This seat functions as a mini-General Manager for Commercial clients: owning account health, growth, estimating, and the performance of the Indoor and Outdoor Operations Managers who report into it. Travel across Northern Colorado and Wyoming is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading multi-site service operations — commercial janitorial, facility maintenance, landscape, or snow removal strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing managers/supervisors, not just individual contributors.
• Direct P&L or budget ownership experience.
• Strong estimating/proposal background, ideally in a service-contract environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving leadership structure — this seat is new and will be shaped by the incumbent.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead Indoor Operations Manager, Outdoor Operations Manager, and Repair Shop Lead; coach performance and resolve resource conflicts.
• Account Health & Client Relationships: Own health of Commercial accounts with tiered visit cadence; resolve issues before they become complaints.
• Growth & Business Development: Identify and pursue expansion within existing Commercial book; add service lines and sites; hand off new work.
• Renewals & Estimating: Own renewals 60 days out and all estimating/proposal work with accurate labor/materials; 72-hour turnaround.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure safety and client-specific compliance across sites; coordinate with People & Internal Systems.
• Budget & P&L: Own B.U. budget and profitability; justify resource needs to Integrator.
