Job summary

Digital Third Coast is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to partner with the CEO on lead generation, sales strategy, and marketing decisions. You’ll craft campaigns, write newsletters, build decks, and own the first-call qualification, helping power our growth engine at a top Chicago agency.

This remote role rewards initiative, strong writing, and a willingness to learn. Occasional in-person events in Chicagoland may be required as our client and partner network expands.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated marketing or sales execution experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience with WordPress, analytics platforms, email tools, and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing accuracy.
• Comfortable with numbers, reporting, and understanding performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the CEO on all lead generation and sales efforts.
• Take first calls, qualify prospects, build decks, run pitches, and own follow-ups.
• Create marketing assets reflecting the DTC voice, from newsletters to landing pages to case studies.
• Promote the DTC brand across content, email, social, partnerships, and PR.
• Work with SEO, Content, and Paid Media teams to produce assets they need to win.
• Conduct competitive and market research to sharpen targeting.
• Jump into networking events and partner meetings with confidence.
