Grn-Search-Group is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Bangor, Northern Ireland, to drive commercial growth through outbound prospecting, social media, and content-driven campaigns. You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to expand the pipeline and convert opportunities into revenue.

The role emphasizes outbound and inbound lead generation, relationship-building with decision-makers, and content creation to support growth across channels.

• Proactive in generating new business opportunities and inbound inquiries.
• Resilient and not discouraged by rejection.
• Organised with strong follow-up and prospect management.
• Curious and able to ask good questions to understand customer needs.
• Commercially minded with focus on revenue generation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and research prospective customers and target accounts.
• Cold call prospects to introduce the business and generate opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision-makers via phone, email, LinkedIn and digital channels.
• Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop target accounts.
• Use LinkedIn, social media, and campaigns to generate inbound leads.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence on LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Create engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and customer stories.
• Develop a content calendar to increase reach and relevant inquiries.
• Create campaigns around services, sectors or target groups.
• Re-engage inactive customers and rebuild relationships.
• Support the BDM with presentations and campaigns.
