NRI Staffing is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy across Government, Property Management, Administrative, Healthcare, and Legal sectors.

You will build scalable marketing engines, drive SEO, content, social media, and paid campaigns, and optimize lead generation. You will report on analytics, manage campaigns, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve ROI and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email campaigns.
• Experience with Google Analytics and marketing performance reporting.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO, content, social media, email, and paid advertising strategies.
• Manage Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign performance reporting.
• Create thought leadership content including blogs, white papers, case studies, and newsletters.
• Grow our LinkedIn presence through consistent, engaging content.
• Launch and optimize Google Ads and retargeting campaigns.
• Generate and nurture marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) that convert into sales meetings.
• Analyze performance data and continuously improve marketing ROI.
