• Ability to travel approximately 40–50% as needed to support the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Sales Team: Build a high-performance sales culture centered on accountability and results; lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals; establish clear performance expectations across territories.
• Drive Sales Performance: Create visibility around activities that produce revenue; establish and manage meaningful sales metrics including meetings, opportunities, forecast, and pipeline quality.
• Build the Growth Strategy: Develop revenue objectives and actionable growth plans; identify priority accounts and opportunities; expand relationships with existing customers.
