Job summary

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
2+ years of experience dealing directly with customers in a sales support role.
Food and beverage industry experience or aptitude for a sales account management role.
Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

Act as primary contact for customers; respond to inquiries about accounts, products, pricing, and service changes.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, product development, and marketing to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipelines.
Utilize systems and processes such as order processing, Salesforce/Power BI, inventory management, and logistics systems.
Analyze customer accounts to identify growth opportunities and improve performance.
Present and promote products or services to existing customers; deliver demonstrations and proposals.
Initiate and close sales calls with customers under guidance.
Generate regular reports on sales performance and account status.
