Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Account Director to lead strategic growth across our nationwide portfolio of QSR and Limited Assortment accounts.

This remote leadership role reports to the VP of Sales and focuses on developing and executing account strategies, building strong customer partnerships, and driving profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has extensive sales experience, deep market insights, and a proven ability to deliver results through

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, sales, marketing, food science or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales, account management experience.
• Experience in retail, foodservice, dairy, or related industry.
• Strong Excel skills and adaptability to evolving tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and execute a successful sales cycle across assigned area.
• Mine and win new profitable business opportunities; expand market share with existing and new accounts.
• Lead one or more key customer relationships and manage account plans.
• Conduct regular customer business reviews and develop joint business plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive opportunities and launching new products/services.
• Set and negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts as directed by sales leadership.
