Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of sales support, customer service, or related experience.
• Certification and/or License may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and document all quotes, proposals, submissions, or contracts in designated systems.
• Follow up to ensure timely completion of quotes and delivery of proposals.
• Manage renewals, contact customers, and prepare renewal proposals with sales.
• Process paperwork with proper signatures and timely submission.
