Job summary

Burger King is hiring for a supervisory role at our Spring, TX location. You will lead teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing daily operations, training, and cost controls.

This role emphasizes servant leadership, coaching, and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coaches brand service behaviors: train, observe, provide feedback, celebrate.
• Monitors Speed of Service to meet guest expectations.
• Maintains welcoming and clean restaurant environment.
• Ensures product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partners with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules; on-boarding for new team members.
