• Creates action plans with GM to improve guest metrics.
• Reviews sales and scheduling to meet QSC targets.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory for ordering and cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and production planning, adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule and onboarding for new team members.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and Operational Assessments.
