Qualifications

• Moderate arithmetic skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Marketing, reviewing applications, and income qualify applicants.
• Conducting thorough inspections prior to move in, assigning work orders to caretakers, maintenance, or vendors.
• Moving in new residents and explaining all lease documents.
• Building tenant relations and maintaining tenant files.
• Inputting maintenance work orders and filing.
• Answering phones and completing special projects.
