Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1 year of business services in branch banking or Valley Retail training.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to educate clients.
• Ability to open accounts and discuss loan products.
• Deep knowledge of Retail Banking products and procedures.
• Proficient with computer systems and teller technology.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and service activities within the banking office.
• Educate clients and cross-sell banking products and services.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss loans.
• Perform teller transactions and support market manager's goals.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and comply with procedures.
