Responsibilities

• Grow existing customer relationships and acquire new ones through sales execution and cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with the bank's mission.
• Open new accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs) and discuss/sell loan products.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products and services and cross-sell to meet customer needs.
• Support CRA initiatives and participate in community events.
