Qualifications

• 2–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Experience with Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience setting up tracking and conversion events (UTM, CAPI).

Responsibilities

• Own Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns from setup to optimization.
• Build campaign structures, run tests, and adjust budgets based on results.
• Set up and optimize tracking: Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, UTMs.
• Analyze acquisition performance with GA4, PostHog, and other tools.
• Improve performance through consistent testing and iteration.
