Harmar Mobility is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital presence and marketing effectiveness. You will execute campaigns, manage website updates, analyze performance data, and collaborate with IT, Sales, and agencies to grow lead volume within budget.

You will work with a team focused on SEO, paid search and social, local marketing, and innovative AI-driven strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of digital marketing or performance marketing experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends
• Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, landing pages, and CMS

Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns to generate qualified leads
• Own day-to-day website updates and performance improvements with IT/agencies
• Improve search visibility through SEO and AI-driven optimization
• Administer dealer co-op marketing programs, track performance and compliance
• Leverage AI tools to develop, test, and refine marketing content and landing pages
• Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead sources, call tracking, and CRM data; maintain dashboards
• Collaborate with Sales and dealers on local campaigns and reputation management
• Coordinate with marketing leadership and agencies; provide performance insights
• Stay curious about new platforms and AI tools; propose practical experiments
