Job summary

Harmar Mobility seeks a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to boost digital presence and improve marketing efficiency. You will manage campaigns, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with IT and agencies to drive qualified leads within budget.

Using GA4, Google Ads, SEO, and AI-assisted tools, you will analyze site and campaign data, report insights, and partner with Sales and dealers on local promotions to lift growth and awareness in Florida.

Qualifications

2–4 years of digital/performance marketing experience.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Hands-on experience with paid search, paid social, SEO, landing pages, and website content management.
Technical aptitude to collaborate with IT and agencies on website updates, tracking, integrations, and troubleshooting.
Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Ads, and CMS; knowledge of Salesforce, WordPress, SEMrush is a plus.

Responsibilities

Execute, monitor, and optimize paid search, paid social, direct mail, and local campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Test audiences, messaging, creative, and landing pages to improve lead quality and cost efficiency.
Own day-to-day website updates and performance improvements with IT and outside agencies.
Improve search visibility through SEO and AI-driven optimization.
Administer dealer co-op marketing programs, track performance, and ensure compliance.
Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, lead sources, call tracking, and CRM data; maintain dashboards and translate findings into actions.
Collaborate with Sales and dealers on local campaigns, reputation management, and lead generation.
