Job summary

Glovo is a leading delivery platform and part of the Delivery Hero Group, operating in around 65 countries. We seek a senior marketer to drive performance across regions with a data-driven, hands-on approach.

You will lead app campaigns, optimize acquisition and re-engagement, and collaborate with marketing, BI and design to push campaign performance to the next level. This role offers a hybrid work model with flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in performance marketing with focus on Google Ads UAC and Apple Search Ads.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns and maximize ROAS across channels.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead 360 campaigns for Glovo across regions, driving acquisition and engagement.
• Own performance targets, optimize funnels, and run continuous A/B tests.
• Collaborate with marketing, BI, design, and cross-functional teams.
