Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a performance-driven professional to join the Partner Revenue team at HQ. You will manage end-to-end launches for Glovo Ads across 20+ markets, align cross-functional inputs, and drive execution with Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and Commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting.
• Proven project management skills, from building structured launch plans and managing timelines to aligning expectations with senior stakeholders and taking full accountability for outcomes.
• Hands-on experience driving alignment across complex, cross-functional, or multi-regional environments (connecting HQ, Product, and local operating teams).
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for tracking KPIs and reporting on commercial performance.
• Knowledge of SQL is a big plus.
• Prior experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is a very strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to turn complex project updates into clear, executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

• Act as the central project lead, aligning inputs and driving execution across Product, Legal, Design, Finance, Commercial, and international teams.

• Agility & prioritization: navigate a fast-paced, high-velocity environment with flexibility—effectively reprioritizing deliverables as business needs and timelines evolve.
• Business impact & analytics: partner with the Data team to track KPIs, evaluate product health, and turn performance insights into clear, high-impact growth action plans.
