This hands-on role partners with senior marketers, creative, and product teams to optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

You will own day-to-day management, analyze results, and run tests to improve conversion rates and efficiency, while staying aligned with regulatory considerations in the healthcare

Qualifications

• 2–4 years hands-on performance media experience.
• Experience managing at least six-figure monthly budgets.
• Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
• Monitor performance, identify inefficiencies, and optimize the customer funnel.
• Analyze campaigns using KPIs (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS) and share insights.
• Build audience targeting and segmentation to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to test ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve performance over time.
• Assist with budget pacing and channel-level optimizations.
• Develop retargeting and remarketing campaigns for high-intent users.
• Maintain dashboards and reporting to surface trends.
