Job summary

Sentido Health in Houston, TX is seeking an Account Manager to expand access to care for medically complex pediatric patients and strengthen referral relationships. You will manage a territory, drive referral growth, and coordinate patient documentation and authorizations with internal teams.

You will own revenue targets, build strong partnerships with physicians and case managers, and ensure timely service and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own your assigned territory and referral sources to support patient growth and service line expansion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move patients through documentation and authorization processes.
• Track pending CMN documentation and report results to supervisors.
• Meet monthly revenue and territory targets.
• Develop new business opportunities within designated accounts.
• Serve as liaison to referral sources, physicians, case managers and community partners.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to strengthen relationships and service quality.
• Maintain weekly call routes and schedules for account coverage.
• Educate patients and families on services and equipment as applicable.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation in Brightree and systems.
• Manage territory-level expenses within budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call coverage as required and support emergency visits as needed.
