Job summary

Sans in Culver City is seeking a Growth-focused Paid Media Manager to own day-to-day management of multi-million monthly ad spend across Meta, Pinterest, and AppLovin. You’ll optimize campaigns, test creative, and drive CAC/ROAS toward ambitious targets.

You’ll partner with Creative Strategy and Growth leadership on forecasting, budgeting, and high-leverage optimization, shaping experimental roadmaps and reporting dashboards for cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid social buying experience in a high-growth DTC brand or agency.
• Proven track record managing $1M+ monthly paid social spend with CAC/ROAS focus.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager; familiarity with Pinterest/AppLovin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of multi-million monthly paid social spend across platforms.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to hit efficiency and volume targets.
• Develop testing roadmaps for audiences, placements, bidding, and account structure.
• Collaborate with Creative Strategy to translate performance data into creative concepts.
• Forecast, budget pace, and optimize at the channel level with Growth leadership.
• Build dashboards to monitor trends and share results with stakeholders.
