Job summary

Platinumlist is seeking a hands-on Paid Performance specialist to own planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. You will manage budgets across events and markets, run structured A/B tests, and optimize the funnel from impression to checkout.

Fluency in English and Arabic is required, with a reliable home setup to support GCC hours. You will collaborate with the CRM, product, and creative teams and leverage AI tools daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience managing paid performance campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta and Google Ads across multiple events and markets.
• Manage monthly budgets and reallocate spend based on performance.
• Run A/B tests on audiences, placements, bidding strategies and creative.
• Maintain conversion tracking across Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4.
• Build audience segments: custom audiences, lookalikes, remarketing, customer match.
• Collaborate with creative, category and commercial teams on priorities and timelines.
