Job summary

Simera is seeking an experienced Digital Advertising Specialist / Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads. The role demands a hands-on professional who can operate with minimal supervision, communicate clearly in English, and participate in client calls with confidence.

Ideal candidates will have proven experience with large budgets, come from a paid media background, and stay current with platform updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid ads on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with agencies or multiple client accounts is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR and attribution.
• Excellent English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations.
• Manage advertising budgets to align with objectives and targets.
• Develop and execute paid media strategies for client goals and growth.
• Track results, prepare reports, and convert data into insights and recommendations.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and creative testing to improve performance.
• Participate in client calls, present results and recommendations in professional English.
• Take ownership of day-to-day campaign management with minimal direction.
• Maintain productivity and meet deadlines while working remotely.
