Job summary

Schmidt Facial Plastic Surgery in Englewood, Colorado, is seeking a growth-focused Director of Operations to scale the practice and implement expansion plans. Led by Dr. Jeffrey Schmidt, the team delivers world-class cosmetic and reconstructive procedures and patient care.

The role partners with the surgeon and staff to ensure the office runs as smoothly as the operating room, with a focus on hiring, marketing, and business development to drive revenue growth and superior patient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration; MBA and MHA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years (preferably 10+ years) of management and leadership experience in a medical facility and/or luxury/hospitality industry, preferably in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, and cosmetic plastic surgery practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in human resources, financial management, business development, and marketing.
• Strong investment and commitment to the practice and desire to provide recommendations to Dr. Schmidt with the shared vision of expanding the practice and delivering superior service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Grow the practice by implementing expansion strategies and driving revenue growth.
• Serve as the top business and operations leader, partnering with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and manage the practice through strategic hiring, marketing, and business development.
• Propose and implement new systems and initiatives to improve the patient experience.
