Job summary

Columbus Aesthetic & Plastic Surgery (CAPS) is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead day-to-day performance across locations and service lines. You will partner with physicians and the CEO to implement scalable systems that enhance patient experiences and drive sustainable growth.

The role emphasizes strategic, hands-on leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration within Aesthetic Partners’ network to support CAPS’ continued expansion.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive operations leadership experience, including leading leaders and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Multi-location medical aesthetics or comparable high-touch consumer service experience.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable operational execution with physician leaders.
• Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across clinical, ancillary and administrative functions.
• Develop scalable workflows and standards to improve consistency and efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee vendor relationships and operating expenditures for cost-effectiveness.
• Partner with CEO, physicians and shared services teams to drive growth and patient experience.
