Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a Multifamily community in Oakland. You will support the Property Manager with operations, budgeting, leasing, and resident service to maximize performance and ensure market-ready conditions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, high-quality customer service, and maintaining compliant resident records. Travel between properties is expected as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma, GED, Technical or Vocational schooling accepted.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience.
• 1+ years of Management experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Property Manager with daily operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and reporting.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork and assist in lease administration.
• Assist with on-site team hiring, coaching, and performance management.
