ResProp Management seeks a seasoned Property Manager to lead multifamily communities, driving revenue growth and high resident satisfaction. You will recruit, train, and mentor a sales- and service-focused team, while maintaining strong owner relations and on-site operations.

Ideally you bring 3+ years in property management, solid P&L experience, and a degree. This full-time role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and occasional travel between properties.

Formación

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L’s.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Increase property revenue by building a high-performing team with strengths in sales and service.
• Assess, train and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
• Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best in class.
• Be accessible to the needs of the community (nights and weekends if required).
• Be willing to put the team first and assisting at multiple locations when needed.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner and taking appropriate action to resolve and address service issues.
• Conduct regular property inspections and take appropriate action to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
• Complete budget strategy workbook and first draft of annual operating budget by analyzing financial statements and market trends.
