Job summary

Rocket Carwash in Katy, TX is seeking a Member Support Specialist to warmly greet guests, build connections with members, and help deliver a friendly, efficient wash experience.

You will work as part of a team, follow the Guest Service Expectation Model, handle basic tech tasks, perform light housekeeping, and participate in shifts and holidays as needed. Training is provided; pay ranges from $14 to $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; students are welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Individually lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds; team lift of 100+ pounds.
• Stand, walk, or sit for up to 8 hours; work outdoors in varying weather.
• Be available to work various shifts and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and address them by name; uphold guest service standards.
• Check in on member experiences and build connections throughout visits.
• Prepare vehicles before wash, following SOPs and safety signals.
• Maintain stocked carts with towels and cleaners for interior use.
• Keep location clean and organized; perform side-work and tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive, productive environment.
• Follow safety regulations and policies at all times.
• May perform basic to intermediate‑level technology tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
