Job summary

Financialnarrative is seeking a Senior Marketing Director to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives that drive business results in Florida. You will provide long- and short-term direction and oversee activities across digital, brand, and demand generation channels.

You will manage budgets, analyze data, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with regulations while delivering measurable ROI and a consistent brand image across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields (required) with MBA (preferred).
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience as a proven innovator with an exceptional track record of developing marketing, digital and brand strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively with coworkers at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct marketing initiatives to attain short-term objectives and implement long-term strategy.
• Oversee development and execution of creative marketing strategies across channels to convert, engage and retain customers.
• Oversee website, email marketing, brand management, analytics, market research and all channel marketing for consistency and ROI.
• Manage brand identity and ensure a consistent image across all communications—Brand Center.
• Design and coordinate campaigns across owned, earned, and shared channels.
• Monitor goals and budgets; report on results; optimize campaigns for ROI.
• Negotiate contracts within area of responsibility and ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of materials.
• Lead marketing staff, provide direction, and recruit and develop the team.
