CEVA Logistics in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist I to provide essential operational support across transportation and logistics processes. You will ensure data integrity, update systems, and assist with customer communications to deliver reliable supply chain services.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to navigate fast-paced environments, contributing to continuous improvement and meaningful outcomes for our internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of logistics/transportation office experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and job-specific software.
• Ability to enter and verify documentation and prepare logs/reports.
• Customer service mindset; capable of fast-paced teamwork or individual work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; communicate timely and instruct operations as needed.
• Manage documents for accuracy: dates, times, location, counts, and related information; basic transport/ service operations understanding.
• Update transportation data in systems: purchase orders, shipping times, rates, dates and details.
• Utilize databases, logs, and other sources to locate and verify information.
• Manage forms, labels, billing, invoices and related documents for timely processing; track orders through systems and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with identifying operational or service concerns and help resolve them.
