Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Mt. Juliet, TN is seeking a senior operations professional to manage all aspects of a high-volume contract logistics operation. You’ll drive service quality, profitability, and compliance while leading multiple teams across the site.

Expect responsibilities spanning cost control, staff leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO standards and regulations. This role emphasizes growth with existing clients and new business development across contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, 3PL or Transportation (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum ten years relevant experience in logistics.
• Experience in big box operations and 3PL industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multi-team efforts to meet customer service expectations.
• Analyze profitability and assist decision making for customers.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing customers and new business.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cost-control programs.
• Lead process improvement using Kaizen/LEAN to sustain quality.
• Oversee staffing and labor to meet customer needs and control costs.
• Prepare performance reports and administer contract activities.
