Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and other channels to generate new leads.
• Open doors with new prospects and introduce products and services.
• Manage and respond to incoming requests from the team inbox.
• Support the sales team with quote follow-up and moving opportunities toward close.
• Research prospects and accounts to prioritize outreach and personalize messaging.
• Use AI tools to research accounts and draft outreach quickly.
• Track activity and pipeline progress in the CRM.
• Build product knowledge over time to prepare for a closing sales role.
