UFC GYM - Whitestown, IN is seeking an Assistant General Manager who oversees the Membership Specialist team with support from the General Manager. You’ll drive member acquisition, coaching, and sales targets while maintaining a high-energy and welcoming gym environment.

The role emphasizes weekend planning, staff development, and ensuring exceptional guest and team member experiences through strong leadership and operational discipline.

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll, and/or demonstrated math analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the fitness industry preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution on key metrics and driving results.
• Ensure membership lead generation, appointments, and guest goals to hit targets.
• Assist in training and developing the Membership Specialist team.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee weekend planning and staff scheduling.
• Foster a fun, safe, and community-focused gym culture with high member satisfaction.
