UFC GYM Whitestown, IN, is seeking an Operations Leader to drive monthly revenue goals and oversee the club’s frontline and back-office functions. You will recruit, train, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional member experiences in a high-energy fitness environment.

The role requires proven management experience in health clubs or hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to foster teamwork across departments.

Qualifications

• Must be highly organized and capable of leading teams.
• Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience in the Health & Fitness industry.
• Experience as a manager.
• Experience in a health club or the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly Operations Revenue goals.
• Support member retention by advocating for the best member experiences and operational processes in the club.
• Hire, train and develop a strong operational team.
• Ensure team members always execute the basics in friendliness, cleanliness, punctuality and dress code.
• Instill a sense of common responsibility and teamwork across club functions to improve the member and team member experience.
• Maintain an efficient back office.
• Order and maintain all supplies.
• Supervise point-of-sales (POS) operations and file daily and weekly club revenue reports.
• Responsible for inventory receiving and inventory control activities per company guidelines; prepare inventory reports.
