Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees.
- 3-5 years of sales or related experience.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and hire department managers, supervisors, and front-line team members.
- Provide training and development, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Manage guest and member experience while meeting monthly sales targets.
- Develop monthly membership, fitness, and operations plans to meet financial goals.
- Ensure safety of employees, members, and gym property.
