Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations and ensure consistent execution, service, cleanliness, quality, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and hold location managers accountable for results with a clear structure.
• Build and retain great teams, improve hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, communication, and development while protecting culture.
• Understand the numbers and use them to make decisions on labor, costs, pricing, and revenue opportunities.
• Identify ways to increase traffic, average ticket, catering, and other revenue streams.
• Build and improve systems so three locations can operate consistently without daily ownership oversight.
• Own operational problems from identification through resolution with proactive solutions.
• Ensure every location reflects quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and community focus.
• Evaluate growth opportunities and prepare for future locations and revenue streams.
• Run the business with autonomy while aligning with overall company strategy.
