Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing operations of a location or multi-unit.
• Experience coaching frontline and supervisory staff.
• Strong understanding of P&L, budgeting, and driving sales and operational targets.
• Excellent people-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work full-time and on-site in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Willingness to relocate for this role.

Aufgaben

• Own the day-to-day operations of the location, ensuring smooth, efficient, and profitable performance.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop a productive and engaged team.
• Drive sales, revenue, and operational targets while managing costs and controlling budgets.
• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service and resolve escalated customer matters.
• Monitor key performance metrics and take action to continuously improve results; ensure compliance with policies, quality standards, and health and safety requirements.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships as applicable to the location.
• Report on performance, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and results-driven workplace culture.
