Job summary

Work With Your Handz LLC is seeking a dynamic General Manager to drive growth and scale a high-performing home services business in Oklahoma City. You will own the P&L, craft multi-year growth plans, and lead the organization through a strategic transformation with a focus on profitability and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in leadership within service-based industries, 5+ years in home services, and proven ability to scale revenue from $10M to $20M+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within residential home services or related trades.
• Significant P&L management with budgeting, forecasting, expenses, and margins.
• Proven success in revenue growth and operational scaling in a growth-focused services business.
• Experience building, coaching, and developing management teams and driving performance.
• Strong financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Ability to lead change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar field service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic growth to accelerate profitability and reach $25M in annual revenue within 2–3 years.
• Own P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team and succession plans.
• Establish scalable operating systems, processes, and performance routines.
• Drive customer experience improvements and service quality.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to align resources with growth.
