Apex Service Partners is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead a top home services brand in the Kansas City market. This role has full P&L responsibility and requires building teams, driving growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will develop strategic plans, coach leaders, and foster a culture of accountability and engagement while partnering with Apex leadership to accelerate market expansion and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience with teams and measurable results.
• Experience leading multi-functional teams in home services, construction, or field services.
• Direct P&L ownership with budgeting and forecasting experience.
• MBA or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall performance of the business with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to improve KPIs, retention, memberships, and customer experience.
• Deliver a gold standard of service through training, accountability, coaching, and data-driven decisions.
• Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing leadership team with clear succession plans.
• Foster a culture focused on purpose, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Partner with Apex leadership to identify and execute growth initiatives and market expansion.
• Serve as a visible, hands-on leader supporting employees, customers, and the community.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development for team members.
