Responsibilities

• Deliver a safe, clean, and 5-star experience for customers and employees from arrival to departure.
• Create schedules, ensure maintenance, and enforce safety protocols across operations.
• Drive revenue growth through team development and effective customer interactions, using KPI tools.
• Handle payroll tasks, hiring, training, and performance management while ensuring policy compliance.
