Job summary

Flint is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager in San Francisco. You will own a portfolio of brand accounts, drive pilots and experiments in Flint's ad and page agents, and present outcomes to marketing leaders.

You’ll work directly with the CEO, revenue, product, and engineering to accelerate growth across multiple accounts. You’ll manage end-to-end engagements, from kickoff through renewal, and translate customer pain points into product improvements and new playbooks.

Qualifications

• Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at high volume without losing track.
• Willingness to own outcomes with customers and drive results.
• Strong analytical thinking from data to actionable insights.
• Comfort briefing executives and guiding decisions with stakeholders.
• Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate to SF.

Responsibilities

• Own 20 to 30 customer accounts from kickoff through renewal.
• Lead pilots, setup tracking, define success metrics, and schedule readsouts.
• Build account plans with goals and test trajectories for each customer.
• Review landing pages, keywords, and ads in progress before launch.
• Design experiments and translate results into a compelling story for teams.
• Lead check-ins, readouts, and escalations to maintain momentum.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and sales to keep accounts on track.
