Blu Prime Steakhouse in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Part-Time Fine Dining Server Assistant and Food Runner to support our service team and help deliver a polished guest experience. You will assist Servers, run food from the kitchen, and maintain a clean, well-prepared dining area during each shift.

This role requires the ability to carry heavy trays, set up tables with care, and work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist Servers with steps of service to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Run food from the kitchen to correct tables with accuracy and timing.
• Provide water refills and promptly address basic guest needs.
• Box and prepare food orders as needed while following service standards.
• Set up tables with proper settings and reset between seatings to maintain cleanliness.
• Polish glassware and maintain a presentable dining area throughout the shift.
• Carry heavy trays safely and maintain balance and composure during service.
• Maintain urgency during peak periods while staying accurate and respectful.
• Memorize table numbers and follow pivot seating procedures to support service flow.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
